Sub: Housing loan irregularities Housing loan from SBI, Noida, Sector 2 Branch - the A/C No is [protected] - unauthorised deduction of money from saving account


I have housing loan from the SBI Noida scet 2 branch and the Bank is now taking money off from my saving account. On the top of it Iam asked to pay EMIs on irregular basis and Bank failed to give me any convincing answer. I have complained to the DG, SBI customet care, DGM meerut, and and the Bank manager in Noida. I have all the proofs.

This is in continuations my previous mail (that is attached below, please see) regarding unauthorized deduction of money from saving account against my Housing loan. I have been waiting for a response from your regional branch all these weeks but failed to get one.

Meanwhile when I contacted the Branch in Sector 2 Noida, from where I have taken loan, I am told by the Manager that the Sector 2 Noida SBI branch has nothing to do in this matter as the loan has been transferred to Ghaziabad branch- again without any information to me! On the top of this I am asked to pay Rs 14200 as my re-payments are irregular. I STILL DO NOT KNOW HOW and the Sector 2 Noida Branch also fails to give me any reasonable explanation. What shall I do?


So far -from April 2008 - Jan 24, 2009- I have already paid Rs 80280.00 as EMI repayment. Where as My Annual EMI should be Just Rs 4256 x 12 = 51072 ( Payment Details: 1 April 2008 - Rs 25000 + 22nd Sept 2008 -Rs 31640 + 1st Nov 2008 Rs 9440 +24th Jan 2009, Rs 14200 = Rs 80280 ). The 22nd Sept 2008 -Rs 31640 and 1st Nov 2008 Rs 9440 was just siphoned off from my Saving account without informing me Now I am told that my EMI is also changed to 4700- from 4256 previously. I do not understand what is happening I am holding this home loan account for the past 8 years and have never delayed any EMI repayment.


You may kindly see the account (the A/C No is [protected]). We were asked to make Half yearly repayment and accordingly we paid it all these years The 22nd Sept 2008 -Rs 31640 and 1st Nov 2008 Rs 9440 was just siphoned off from my Saving account without informing me


I doubt something is seriously wrong with your Ghaziabad SBI home loan manages This year I will end up paying double the amount I suppose to pay. I can not afford to continue like this. Please advise me.
