State Bank of India — regarding PAN card updating

I don't understand what you say and what you mean. Apart from harassing people I don't find any help or assistance on our problems and specially this happens in your branch.

1st My father went to SBI-Salkia Branch with all xerox and original copy of below documents and someone said , Ask your SON to send one email with below details.
I send the mail and got the reply saying need all the document in the branch as mention below..
I ask my father and he went again to submit the documents and again someone said they didn't receive the mail So ask your son to send it again...
I called so many times to SBI- Branch phone# But as expected no answer :D
And at last I had to write this mail which I don't wanted to... :(

So my question is if they really didn't receive my mail then who replied to my mail ?
If they can't update my details by sending my mail , Why your folks ask my father to drop me a mail ?
And if they can't update the details by the xerox and original document why you replied on my mail saying needs this document?
What is the big deal in updating the PAN card details and mobile # ? As PAN card# is also having my ID there and Bank passbook as well. Even I guess you must be having my photo proof in your DB.

I am attaching my PAN card print screen and assume this will work if not please provide me your bank branch manager phone # which he can answer (As most of your number is just for showing purpose nobody answer.) At least this much you guys can do.

I just wonder how SBI is doing business where other banks are so customer friendly and cooperative with customer.

plz update

Same here. I too sent mail to SBI branch. They didn't reply or update my account.
Calling to Branch is like calling someone who don't exist in the world. Gone Crazy!

Btw, remove your PAN Card attachment. It should not be posted public.
Also SBI Managers won't visit this site and take your request just like that.

Sir,
I have requested to issue anew card with different number instead of [protected] because the present card was blocked due to some fraud occurred through your customer more than one month above.
So far I have not received a new card to my mail address S SATYANARAYANA, F No 213 STARLITE PEVILION,
Near Old Telangana Spinning Mill Area, GANDHINAGAR, IDPL Colony, HYDERABAD 500037
I am unable to find the details of credits and outstanding balances due to my SBI CARD ONLINE account also blocked by you due to some security options.I have already sent the KYC norms application with all ID proofs
Herewith Again attached the Pan card ID proofs
Please arrange the new card at the earliest
