[Resolved]  State Bank Of Mysore — Passbook statements

Dear Sir,

We had to file our income tax for which we needed that year statement in passbook. (We get our poultry farm rent in this account) So tried to reach our bank in Srinivaspur as few months statement was missing in the passbook. He said he can't print the same on passbook and asked us to get statement by paying cash asked me to reach another officer.

As i needed this statement for tax filing, i reached that person who printed and gave me the statement. He collected commission of Rs100 and i asked for a receipt, he just gave small receipt, which i scan and send if you want. I really don't know if he deposited in the commission account or not.

Is this standard procedure to collect passbook statement?

Also behavior of the staff in your Srinivaspur branch is not so friendly, not sure if they are under staff or their behavior in general.

Please let me know, based on your input will decide to stick to your bank or move ahead.
