[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd. — Worst Company to travel With | |
I own Timeshare properties of Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd for their Mahahabaleshwar, Mussorie and Goa property.The company has till date not constructed properties at few locations like Mahabaleshwar.The company have closed down their goa resort property without informing the Customers.The company is nowhere bothered to reply to customer complaints and provide them service.I would strictly recommend people to not deal with this company. Just to inform you that the Experience at the STERLING RESORT, YERCAUD was unimaginable.
The Room was full of spiders, cockroaches and other insects ..
The 1st night went in trying keep the insects away and my child got so scared by the Spider Bites and creatures that the 2nd night we had to stay at another hotel. (we checked out on day 3 but stayed for a night only).
If this is what we get from a Resort Then I have no words to express the Trauma we went thru ... the holiday was a disaster thanks to the management of the resort.
