I had take the membership with a clear condition of planing my trip for coming month and was assured and agreed upon ever condition of mine by their representative but that was all till my down payment was done
The executive Mr. Aniruddh has made fake promises and after complaining to him he has gone down to the extent of saying do what ever u can do and don’t call me. Also Mr. Parmindar under whose supervision the deal was done has stopped responding to my calls and when I contact him from other numbers he makes some excuse and hangs up. The last reply I got from him was he is no more responsible and I should directly deal with the company
More over I was assured by them both that the EMI will be deducted only if I agree to go ahead, I was reluctant to sing on the EMI acknowledgment form because I wanted some assurance first and I didn’t want any more payment from that card but they said it’s just a formality to speed up the process and also i have been mailing from May that I don’t want to continue the membership as I was cheated but still Two EMI’s were deducted from my card. I came to know when the second one got deducted as I was out of country when the first one got debited
I have been in continuous contact with [protected]@sterlingholidays.com/[protected]@sterlingholidays.com and have called several times on their customer care number but my problem has not been resolved more over no one from your side has even bothered to contact. I have narrated this so many times on the phone and mail and every time I am assured someone from the Mumbai office will contact but there is no response from any responsible personnel of sterling
I hope this matter is resolved at the earliest with your help
