I have been reading people's complaints here regarding stockguruindia but nobody has put up a complaint after 1st april 2011, which is very strange. 1st April is the date when Stockguruindia india posted two public notices on thier website stating that company is in the clutches of IT Department. hence dead. I had invested Rs, 1 lach. My firends also invested huge amounts in this company, which amounts to total of around Rs, 4 lach. Now we know, for sure, that company/Mr. Lokeshwar has run away with our money, so can anybody, prefferably an expert, can tell what should be the next course of action. Will filing a complaint with Police or approaching IT department help? Is there any hope left for getting our money back? I mean is there any way we can get atleast our capital investment back? What should be the legal course and will it yield any poitive results? I know there are thousands of people who are contemplating the samilar thoughts, so lets get together and find a way to try and get atleast our capital back, if not the payouts. Also, I would advice to file a complaint against his company SGI Research & Analysis Ltd. through Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Because SGI Research & Analysis Ltd. and Stock Guru. India are one and the same thing. There is an option to register online complaint also. Kindly search and file the complaint.

sir kya kar rahe aap log jab umeed lag rahi or jain sahb bole hai ki 15th april ko payout release kar denge to kyu aplog esa karke unke liye problem khadi kar rahe hai kum se kum 15 ka wait karna chahie . tab tak bhi na aye payment jaisa lokeshwar ji ne bola hai tub koi legal step uthana chahie. sunne me aa raha hai ki bahut se senior jo high level par mota paisa kama liye vo log hi jain sir ke sath gaddari karke mushkil samay me unka sath chodke apni nayi co. launch karke logo ko bhadka rahe taki stock guru na chale. agar lokeshwar ji ke or apne paise ke shubhchintak hai aap log to sahi insano ko pahchane taki sgi sabka paisa de sake. galat logo ki bat sunkar pls court jakar galti na kare. pahle hi i.t. ke chakkar police ke chakkar ki vajah se itna late ho gaya ab ankhe khuli rakhe dil ki awaj sune lokeshwar ji galat insan nahi unki neeyat saaf hai wait kare wait kare wait kare...logo ko agr payout na mile to uska karan yahi gaddar log hai . agar msg nahi aa rahe to kuch karan jarur hoga patience rakhe bhagwan par bharosa rakhe kum se kum 15 april tak wait karna chahie .

Mr. Vijay80, what you are saying is good and may be correct but would you say about the notice posted on the website? Lokeshvar jain sahab saamne aakar uske baare mein kyon nahin batate?

Lokeshwar dev was required to produce all books of accounts. Uske paas koi record nahin hai. Is case me bhai aut behno, use sarkar ke samne apna gunah kabool karna chahiye tha aur kehna chahiye tha ki vo sabke paise vapas karna chahta hai. taki ham sabko apna amount kam se kam principal amount mil jata. use lalach hai apne business ka. use Income Tax department ke samne surrender karna chahiye tha aur kabool karna chaiye tha ki usne galati ki hai. Is samasya ka koi aur solution nahin tha. Kyonki income tax Act ke koi bhi ulanghan ko maf nahin karta income tax department. lekin public interest mein kuchh ho sakta tha.

I would advice all of you to firstly unite yourself. Involve media. File a Criminal Case against Lokeshwar Dev under sec 420 of Criminal procedure Code with unity amongst all. Only unity of the aggreived can do something.. Tell about this fraud to everybody including Prime Minister, President, all respectable Police Officers, Mrs. Kiran Bedi etc. etc.
