[Resolved] STOCKGURUINDIA — Stock Guru India is a Fraud | |||
I had invested 150000 INR in Aug 2010 in Stock Guru India with the commitment to provide a Post Dated Cheque. But I didn’t get any Post Dated Cheque from stock guru till now (April 2011). He made a scam fully planned to fool the clients. I deposited my 150000 INR by cheque to SGI and 10000 INR thru SGI fund in Feb 2011. Also My wife invested 50000 INR thru SGI fund in Dec 2010. We both are regular income tax payee. Since Feb 2011, CMD of SGI is being declared that SGI was raided by Income Tax dept and investigation is going on and IT asked all members to send declaration on stamp paper as invested amount is belong to us and given to SGI for their business. I have provided all relevant documents to SGI. On 01 Apr 2011, Mr Lokeshwar Dev has declared that IT dept is still investigating and he is not able to proceed ahead for business so that he is declared company dead on 01 Apr 2011. He always misguided to all that SGI was legal company and paying IT regularly on behal[censored]s. Whatever TDS deducted by SGI neither paid to IT nor returned to all. Moreover he is accepting his fault of SGI system. Like me & my wife there are lacs members lost their hard money in SGI. If your forum is able to recover our money, pl do favour to all o[censored]s. hello...sir we all r with with u and i hv full faith on u that u will not lose our faith and give single chance to other people's or companies to laugh on us. Sir our complete support is with u and I know u will be the only person in the world who really prove yourself and lacs of public true in front of the world. sir plz start ur trading and show the world that u r the really 'DEV' (GOD) who has learned to give everything not to take anything.

Dear Advocate, Please help me I am also one of the Vhictium of SGI, I have also invested Rs 50000/- on 26.02.2011 in this business, but when I read CMD's Appeal and Notice published on 1 st April 2011 I suddenly colypse . because whichever money I invested in Stock Guru India, which is in my monthly Salary.. Please advice me that How can I get my Principal Amt i.e. Rs. 50000/- from SGI
