[Resolved] Subscription For Hindustan Times / Mint — Subscription coupons not received | |||
I opted for the corporate subscription offered by your team for ICICI bank staff at our corporate offer only to realize what a mess I have landed myself into. As per the details mentioned in my appended mail, I have not yet received my subscription coupons. Have been consistently following up with Sajid @ [protected] from Wednesday October 12, 2011. He asked me to call him the next day. When I tried contacting him at the said mobile no., he didn't even bother responding. I then contacted Raju at [protected] on Thursday October 13, 2011. He advised me to send a mail to "[protected]@hindustantimes.com" with a cc to him. Till date no response. When I contacted him today, he lied saying he has already sent me a mail which I have not yet received. Will someone from HT have the courtesy of responding and telling me why I have not received my coupons and when the coupons will be delivered to me. Mint Subscription — Not Received my coupons
Hi I am Mahima, I have subscribed with your Mint offer in the Month of June, but till now I haven't received my rest 11 month coupons...I have already talked with the customer care for 8-10 times but received no appropriate response from them.
