[Resolved] Sukam Battery — Worst after sell service by Su-kam | |
I have a sukam battery .This battery has zero back up right now .warranty period left. i book complaint vide no 112 dated 27.06.2008.Thier engineer visited on dated 03/07/08 and found battery dead after checking.Even after around a month of compalint battery is not been replaced.Please help me. Dear customer,
Our service team has already got in touch with you on...and discussed the same with you. You have informed that the original battery given by Sukam has been removed and replaced by a battery of another brand. Under such a circumstances, the company's warranty on the product does not apply any more. Hence the product is now out of company warranty. Thanks

Sukam Battery — Battery Not working under warranty:Dealer not responding
Issue: The Sukam battery which was under waranty was not working properly.Contacted the Distributor in Hyderabad (Mr Zulifqar baig) and he took battery in March 7th but till now has not returned the battery.(more than 45 days)afrter serviceI am highly disstatisfied with his approach and would like to get my working battery back asap.
