i have purchased a sukam battery SMF 165 AH ( serial no. HSMIE-00031) on 11th Feb 2010 from the following authorised dealer:-

I have purchased sukam dry battery from ambernath ( thane dist.) on 6th may -09 with stating 24 mth gurantee i have send that battery at my residence in AGRA , After working for two mth battery has stopped working, i have informed to company call center . from there he gave me complain no. which is 877. nxt day there service person visited and inform that this battery is not repairable and you will get the replacement fro the same , he asked...

Explosion of sukam battery on 16/08/08 at 9.30 a.m. at my residense it is second complain while getting no response inspite of several correspondencs via e-mail, sms, and telephonic communications no response form the company has been initiated till date.Even Mr. Kollol Dasgupta after visited on 25/08/08 at my residence along with his experts have failed to stand on his words.

Worst after sell service by Su-kam
I have a sukam battery .This battery has zero back up right now .warranty period left. i book complaint vide no 112 dated 27.06.2008.Thier engineer visited on dated 03/07/08 and found battery dead after checking.Even after around a month of compalint battery is not been replaced.Please help me....
