[Resolved] Sukam Battery — recently purchased battery malfunctioning | |||
i have purchased a sukam battery SMF 165 AH ( serial no. HSMIE-00031) on 11th Feb 2010 from the following authorised dealer:- Vaishali Enterprises, B-198, Ram Krishna Market, Lohia Nagar , Ghaziabad, UP-201001. The bill bears book no. 40 and serial no.1989 But to my disappointment the battery is not functioning properly since its installment. I registered a complaint with your service centre at Udyog Vihar. the person who came for the checking found problem with the battery backup. this was on the 30th March 2010. The FSR no. is 74631. I have been waiting for the past 4 days for the replacement of the battery but have got no response from the company. Me and my family are forced to suffer in the powercuts in this scorching heat.Please tell how much longer we have to wait? Was this information helpful? | |||

If this site is regularly visited by Su-kam officials I want to let them know that I finalised purchasing a Su-kam 800 VA inverter with Su-kam SMF battery. I ran a bit search in the net and basing on whatever I have found about the performance and service of Su-kam (battery and the company), I have decided against buying it. I shall also discourage my acquaintances who would go for Su-Kam.
i have purchage sukam 800VA inverter & battery from CROMA, pacefic maal, ghaziabad 6moths ago but till now not my complain is solve from sukam or croma department .I have lodge complain no.vide [protected] dated 09/07 & [protected] dated 01/07/10 & recomplain vide [protected] dated 29/06/10 Above all the engineering came for servicing is not at all polite & good customer oriented and as i have invested lots of money & effort for this small equipment so even though they (sukam ) want to cheat the customer, i will go to consumer forum with police complain for selling falty products to innocent customers .

Despite of the same till time you have not been able to provide the same to back up your complaint/grievance. Your goodself must be aware that any information/claim, which is wrong and motivated, is published on the net for public viewing and which could not be substantiated with proper documents and information causes serious damages to the reputation and goodwill of the company and also maligns and defame the overall image of the company, its officials and its products. All this besides being civil wrong may even amount to criminal offense and in those cases the company has every right to institute appropriate legal proceedings against that wrong doer. We hereby finally request you to provide all the information, documents and details pertaining to your complaint/grievance within the reasonable period. Needless to say that in case the required information/details/documents are not being provided, your so called complaint/grievance is nothing but false, motivated and malafide.

complaint no. [protected] was attended by your engineer but the problem is same till today inverter is OK. battery backup is less.
