[Resolved] Sukam Inverter — supply of defective inverter | |
I bought an inverter 2.5 KVA SUKAM for Rs 540000/- on 25/07/2009.I placed my order to Mr Ashok Kumar Sales Executive at Sukam, Gurgaon.It was delivered by Royal Engineering Systems at Lajpat Nagar. The inverter had faulty relay.On complain they sent a man who, despite our protest, opened the inverter and repaired the brand new Inverter.We insisted to replace this with new one but they did not comply.Again the inverter developed fault and after innumerable phone calls and misbehaviour by Naresh kumar the guy at Royal engineering, it was replaced.But now this inverter was again faulty.It was not showing any display and the relay was faulty too. After lodging complaint in consumer forum...on 17th again the inverter was replaced...this time the machine was an old model...and after just four days this machine has stopped working. The plea that there may be a fault in the location doesnt hold true because at the same location we were using Sukam inverterof 900VA for last 2 years.we live in a house where there are three floors and everyone is using inverter successfully ...Still the Sukam people should send their engineer and get it checked... from our part we feel that the people at royal Engineering are supplying repaired Inverters instead of the new ones.And if they are not able to supply correct inverter we want refund of our money...so that we can buy a new one from some othe company who can supply nondefective inverter.
