Sulekha. Com — False commitments of delivery and refund of items | |
.I ordered a Motorola RAZR XT910 mobile phone from Sulekha.com on 18th May 2012 Order No:SUL[protected].I got the shipping information.The last date of delivery was-25th May 2012.I got no response on repeatedly sending emails regarding the delivery of the item.When i called them up they only said the same thing "we have shipped the product you will get it in 2days".on 1st June i recieved a phone call from a sulekha.com representative who said that the phone is not available in their stocks which means they provided fake shipping information.When i asked for refund they told me that they are trying to do it ASAP and i have still not got my cash back..... As per our records, your order was placed on 18th May 2012 the order was shipped on 20th May 2012.Unfortunately the item was lost in transit, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have however, processed the full refund on June 12th 2012.
