Sulekha. Com — False commitments of delivery and refund of items | |
.I ordered a Motorola RAZR XT910 mobile phone from Sulekha.com on 18th May 2012 Order No:SUL[protected].I got the shipping information.The last date of delivery was-25th May 2012.I got no response on repeatedly sending emails regarding the delivery of the item.When i called them up they only said the same thing "we have shipped the product you will get it in 2days".on 1st June i recieved a phone call from a sulekha.com representative who said that the phone is not available in their stocks which means they provided fake shipping information.When i asked for refund they told me that they are trying to do it ASAP and i have still not got my cash back..... We have however, processed the full refund on June 12th 2012.
