I AM A TUTOR AND SULEKHA.COM EXECUTIVE HAVE APPROACHED ME ALMOST ONE YR BACK. HE PITCHED ME WRONG ABOUT THE PRODUCT WHICH I CAME TO KNOW WHEN I WAS CALLED FOR VERIFICATION CALL AFTER WHICH I TOLD TO STOP THE PAYMENT BUT THE A/C DEPARTMENT DEPOSITTED IT AND THEY GAVE ME THE LETTER OF IT THAT IT IS OUR MISTAKE MY AC IS NOT ACTIVE AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME THE AMOUNT THEREBY TELLING ME TO USE THE SERVICE AND NOW WHEN I AM CALLING THEM THEY ARE NOT DOING THE SAME I WILL NOW BE INTERESTED IN TAKING REFUND WHICH IS A CONSUMER RIGHT Was this information helpful? | |||

Sulekha .com is actually a cheaters.com site, Because I am ordered a samsung galaxy note worth Rs. 30189. After 4 days I got a shipping confirmation message. but when I tracked it I can understand that it is already delivered in delhi. When I asked about this to their customer service, they told me that to wait for 2 days, Now then it is again 5 days left, Then I asked again, then they told me that they will return the money after one week, Actually they are rolling customers money for 15 to one month. They will not give any item, The same problem is also happened to my friend also. If they cannot give the item why they are putting the offers in their website.
