[Resolved] Sulekha. Com — Non delivery of product | |||
Hi, I've purchased a Karbonn A30 mobile from Sulekha, order no. 405794. The order status shows it as success since the last 6 days. It is supposed to be shipped on or before January 28, 2013 but there is no further information on the status. Having read so many negative reviews, I'm afraid whether the product will still be shipped? Also, even if it is shipped on time, people have faced problems using them. I don't know if I've made a blunder placing an order with Sulekha. Not sure whether it'll be shipped and once received, not sure if it'll work. Request you to kindly confirm whether the product is shipped or is ready to be shipped. In case the product is not shipped, as committed by you, will the refund process will be initiated immediately.
