This is not acceptable. I ordered for pet727_94 which is displayed on the below link and same is mentioned in the order.

I Received 717X/94 which is sheer waste of money and is just a DVD player.

You exactly know what I mean and if you don’t know – find out what went wrong? I need a call from someone senior who has the authority on my this mobile no – [protected] today itself. No response / solution to this will lead to consumer court and also this incident will spread to thousands of IT employees across country by a simple click of mouse. You can assess the damage.
