Sulekha — Samsung galaxy s GT-I9003 piece is not genuine | |||
Dear sir I ordered mobile phone,and I got Samsung galaxy s GT-I9003 with sr no 359930/04/121202/3* which is having 2 seal. one seal (original) is already broken and on thst new seal has been provided which open easily. I am attaching photo of same. I am sure that this piece is not genuine.I have given 2 reminder to customer service. they are not responding Please provide justification. The double seal is placed by Samsung and we do not tamper with any of the products. Please check the genuineness of the phone by checking with Samsung customer service and quoting the IMEI number.
