Sulekha — Samsung galaxy s GT-I9003 piece is not genuine

Dear sir

I ordered mobile phone,and I got Samsung galaxy s GT-I9003 with sr no 359930/04/121202/3* which is having 2 seal.

one seal (original) is already broken and on thst new seal has been provided which open easily.

I am attaching photo of same. I am sure that this piece is not genuine.I have given 2 reminder to customer service. they are not responding Please provide justification.
And do need full
