Sun Direct — unable to recharge/add add-on texting package

i have sundirect connection in my home, due to change of sundirect web site menu options i was unable to recharge or add a add-n or a-la-catre to my existing connection, i contacted t customer care so many times but no response, even helpdesk option also not functioning, it was totally helpless to me.
