[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Recharging Voucher reg.

Dear sir, I have recharged for twelve months period during April 2008 for my SUN Direct DTH Service (SIM No. [protected] R ) and the services were stopped wef 17-12-09 without any proper intimation. By lodging complaint in their website I have been informed that my account balance is Rs.39 only.It is surprised that how one year susbriction will be reduced to 8 months. Also I am not able to log- on to know the balance through website.

G IPL — Intimate for Balance payment

I bought 35 IPO of GIPL @167/- per shares & paid fully on same time by the way of online payment... but i got a lntimation letter for rs. 4095/- for payable. whereas i was apply on line dated 12th march 08 paid full amount.

Earlier I could verify and recharge my account through internet. Now I am unable to log into it. My ID is [protected]. Also on 3rd December 2009 I have remitted Rs. 1000/- with the intention of taking some channels and renewal. i would like to know my present balance and also whether it will be possible to add some sports channels with the credit amount in my name. If possible I need TENSPORTS and SEWTMAX if it is the channel for IPL. Please intimate me.

Im a tamilian residing in middle east (saudi arabia) with family. For the past 2 months we are not able to recieve any sun network channels through local DTH and operators. The reason they tell is the Sun direct network has reduced its signal strength. Kindly please take efforts to increase the strength as before so that we all tamilians and malayalis can enjoy your valuable programs.
