[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Poor Service of Sun Direct DTH

HI

This is another common stupid customer of sun direct. We have purchased one branded tv from branded show room. We have have got sun direct DTH as free along with TV.

After instillation of TV we have called sun direct for installation of DTH. The first day they said they will be sending the person to install it.We were awaiting for the hole day but nobody turned up.It was repeated for the next 2 days. we are sick n tired of calling help desk guys.

Finally it has got very poor service and they are not willing to serve the people.

one of the worst services i had ever found in this competitive era is SUNtv coz of TAN TANA TAN.how they cheats the people.earlier i don't beleive in all these sites but once you felt the heat on you then only we agrees (humanbeing).

I booked a fault of my cable break on 21 DEC 2009 on their customercare they told me you contact SUNTV distributor and i contacted the number they asked me to contact one another number of one good gentleman hasan on his mobile i did the same so and he gave me another 2 no.s 32507899 and 32957111 i lodged a complaint and asked fr a complaint no. and obtained vide 211206.they info me tomorrow our technicians would contact you.one fine evening on 24dec 09around 6.45pm one person made a call and asked shall i come and rectify your fault for that charges 150rs + 75rs fr baloon and cable charges as per the rquirement i told him iam out of station but still you can come and see but this is not a time for a fresh cable layout as iam residing ina threestorey building i asked him ehen you can reach my home he told by another 30min. i told o.k. he came and saw but told its quite dark now so i will come tomorrow to my mother.
Again on 31dec09 i contacted the above mentioned reliance number and enquired about the complaint they tol sir tomorrow our technicians will come and we are closing the fault bkd by u on 21dec09 and gvn me a fresh complaint no.311205 since i kno about these dramatic heroes i made a call again on 01jan2010 twice in the morning what is your arrival time again a professional reply by 4.30pm your fault would be rectified and your charges blah blah blah..i recieved a call from mr.mahendran no.[protected] around 5.30pm sir shall i come i asked wen u would be reaching my home he told he is in kodambakkam and would be reaching within 11/2hrs. i waited patiently and made a call to this guy around 8.00pm he told he isa tele opr and only the technicians has to answer i asked about their mobile no.s he tolld it is in the office only u call on 3290..no.an taht no. was switched off.
I made a call to the customer care again on 03 jan 2010 7.30pm he listned to my views and told sorry for the cause i will give you a complaint no.[protected] and yours would be rectified in a speedy manner by tomorrow itself.after that the next day 04jan 2010 i recieved call from the so called kotivakkam distributor that they would be coming tomorrow for the fault and later evening i reieved call from the sundth customercare that within 48hrs ur fault would be rectified i rgued with them how many days had been passed and are you going to give the recharge amount back? but all in vain the so calle d24hrs and 48hrs are passed.no one had contacted and rectified the fault yet as on now 07jan2010 mor.when i see their TV ads TAN tANA tAN my adrenalin shoots up.
Another way they cheats the people is by telling the monthly subscription is 99rs.only but wen u go for recahrge min is 122rs.
Above all iam a proud owner of TATASKY since long i had this coz of MAKKALTV and ADITYA channel only. o.k. any one reading all those things acn guide me to take on these guys legally.
i want sundth toll free number
its totally a waste dth servicee ever it is the most costly dth service but they tell as the cheapest

with installation other services are best in quality n in cost

my balance of 1500 disappeared without any recharge n they dont have a valid reason for it

WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS THIS!!!
