[Resolved]  Sun Direct — worst customer care service

We are trying to re-charge our Sundirect smart card, we are unable to reach the customer care Chennai phone number[protected] for the past 3 days, all we hear is the automated voice "The number you have dialled is busy...",but they charge for that time we dialled,even the computer voice only heard....they cheated the people by applying charges on the waiting time and also for the computer voice commands....so please take actions for the company, because so many people lost their money by dialling these numbers for their recharge and other suggestions..so please take actions immediately.........(waiting for the justice by a comman man)

I have your connection almost for 3 years. My set top box is frequently under repair. This time I gave it for service to M/S Zig Zag DTH Solutons, Ashok nagar on 04/01/2010, My box number is H[protected]. So far it is not repaired. They could have at least given a stand by apparatus till I get it repaired. Please look in to it.

The very very (to the infinity) poorest service, ever I have seen in such a big organisation. No responsible higherups mind about the customers. I had very bitter experience although I reside in chennai where the sundth is functioning. I made the complaint regarding set top box problem on[protected] which was taken without replacement on[protected] after so many calls to the distributor. After that I contacted so many persons through customer care which is the useless department by making numerous calls, but all went in vain. The problem has so far not been settled. Therefore my sincere advise for the persons who are interested to get sundth should think crore times and i affirmly say that no one should go for useless connection. No fellow has got sincerity and taking care of the customers.

Respectable Sir,
We have been enjoying your wonderful DTH service since 15.03.2008, You give matchless variety of programs which attracted us very much and has compelled us to have your service till now. But for today, we never had any problems so far in recharging or broadcasting.
Today is suppose to be the last day for recharge, and I bought a recharge coupon for Rs.110/- (Sr No. T[protected] with PIN [protected] ) yesterday. Yesterday itself my son made a call to 43411434 from our land line 26440578 and a madam (who did not mentioned her name) answered his call and received all the details. She replied that the recharge will be done within one hour.
This morning every thing went fine until around 11.00 am suddenly we received a signal E16 Scrambled signal, which passed us a message that the recharge was not properly processed. I told my son to inquire about that around 1.20 pm, He contacted the customer care from our landline to the same number, and again a madam (who did not mentioned her name) attended the call, she asked for details and said it will be OK within 15 minutes. My son has asked what happened to that yesterday’s recharge process, She said there was some problem in the PIN number and again she asked for that number.
What if we had destroyed the card immediately after recharging… and if At all there is a problem in the PIN… will not the computer show it immediately…why didn’t she rectify that then… that madam did not give a proper response and cut the line suddenly while speaking… again my son called the other time and the same thing repeated.
Then within a few minutes we again received a signal NO DISH after the above mentioned incident…I am wondering what is happening. Is it a deliberate reaction? or an rebellious outcome? I don’t understand what….
Kindly understand our situation and help us continue your broadcasting services even for some more years to come.

worst custcare service, total ur connections waste . to recharge my voucher still morning i called u but no reponse frm custcare service busy, then why it is total waste service, iam calling to cust care num no one responsing cut the calls, simple thing to rc my voucher not able to do then why this service for us total waste only . customer care service for help us they are not doing that ...very very very worst service
Dear Sir,
I have recharged my account by Rs 200 today through online by using ICICI debit care. However when in call to customer care they are saying it is not recharged an the amount balance showing zero. Whereas when I check my bank statement it shows the amount Rs200 has been debited and paid to sun direct. Request you to please guide me and kindly get my topup or reverce the amount to my ICICI bank account.

I think this Sundirect has the worst customer care service center

Dear Sir,

We have recently recharged on 14/03/2011 for six months of rs 665. My card no is r[protected]. We have recharged and we are not able to view the channels and is frequently getting the error E16-4 Service is Currently Scrambled for every channels of the package. We contacted our customer care of Neyveli and told the problem and they suggested that we view the channels after 2 hours of recharge and we have been seeing and we have not been able to view all the channels.
