[Resolved] Sun Direct — No Signal for several days | |
The Sun Direct has launched new HD service today but Sun Direct DTH is not working,many do not get Signal for last several days in Andra,the signal received is less than 50%.No response to email complaints,the customer care no[protected] is disconnected and Andra nodal officer is not answering calls.We doubt whether Sun DTH has closed company and formed new HD servcie or not.But How can we trust in Sun which cannot serve DTH customers properly but has launched HD service.I think Sun will heavily loose customers in market due to very poor service. hello sir am your custmer senthil my se of box sim number is [protected] R. LAST 10 DAYS displayed ''parentel control lock press ok to unlock'' then i could press the ok then displayed child lock passward.please cancelled lock immediatey.thank u sir.

Dear Sun dth provider,
I have rechared my account on 9/6/2010. and i didn't receive the sun channels from past 20days. and iam keep on calling to the costmer care daily their have tried all the refresh and all the settings from last 20 days. i am not getting sun channel .the display error is showing E-16. their is no one to take action on such complaints in sun dth network. then why are you running the these network.in these case you will definate loose you costemers.

I am a Sundirect customer for two years. Last few days i face problem that the message is displaying "Software update" please wait. After few seconds "download stream not present, try next time" then another message "Locking Signal" continuously. This happens only Sun groups channels. kalaingar, Mega & Pothigai signal is normal and we can watch. only i cant watch sun groups channels only.

This is Rudresh.E, its my unfortunate that i bought Sundirect connection with the Smart card number " [protected] " From the day i bought this sundirect thatt is 20th november 20101 to till date i had been facing one or other Problem.
The first call i logged in 28 Nov 2010, from that day till now i had logged several complent resolve the same issue..
The worste costomer service, which can not be expected from any company.
I am planning to lodge Complaint against Consumer forum, Can any body give some suggestions

ya.. sun direct servecing is very bad.. i have booked a complaint for no signal..they said they will reach us in 48 hours..but after 4, 5 days nobody come..
