i am customer in sun direct dth service smart card no-[protected] service is not cleary and problems is not clear to customer care section,and no recieved to tollfree no call sun direct service provider, please take my complaints,immediattly clear to problems in all service sundirect custommers, thank you reply soon Was this information helpful? | |||

it is very deficult to recharge. it is very difficult to get the recharge coupons. the customer care number is very busy always.let me know is there any alternative to recharge

last saturday (26.06.09) i informed raipur office to nonavailability of channels after a terific storm in raipur. But till now no response is given from raipur office. now it is one week over after the complint

We are not getting malayalam news channel according our package since last week, please do the needful action, Many times i complaint regarding this and no any response form your end. please consider this request.

Dont ever think of buying SUN DIRECT since it is cheap. Chennals getting break often. most of the time they say technical upgradation in the satelite, they only give excuses you never get good customer support also. i have bought and used for 1.5 years, fed up with their service. thrown away the dish and setup box. DO NOT BUY SUN DIRECT DTH.

Sun Direct — Sun Direct Service breakage
We are using Sun Direct last one year, recently (from last 4 or 5 months) some channels are not coming, and from last 1 and half month more chanels disconnected. They are showing message like they changed the satelite and need a realingment for getting all channels (also showing like free of cost). But the main issue is like I raised complaints from last 2 months and calling several time, no response from their side. It seems like they stopped the entire sevice, I also requested for refund of remaining balance amount in my account and disconnect my service but no response from their side.My smart card no - [protected]
And my second complaing no[protected]
Please somebody let me know how can I resolve this issue. Can I approach consumer court or police for any legal action againt them ?, what are documents required for that ?... please suggest.

Sun Direct — Appalling service
I have a SunDirect DTH connection;The dish antenna has to be repositioned and may be some tuning of STB is pending.
We are unable to see many channels because of this.
As this is a change from SunDirect's side, practically they should have contacted voluntarily and corrected the same.
But in spite of giving a complaint to the dealer 3 weeks back, still there is no response; Dealer says he has no support from sundirect;
I emailed Sundirect also. They replied on[protected], that they have forwarded the same to the dealer. But yet there is no response.
Though we have paid all the charges on time, service provided by sundirect is pathetic.
Sundirect should be directed strongly to support the customers in a better way.

Sun Direct DTH — Bad Service
A very bad company whose owner himself is a minister but cant maintain even their website properly..I made an online payment through net banking twice and both the time after succesful payment message the receipt was not generated and their server was timed out...what that indicate..u r only intrested in getting money and not providing service I have Sundirect Connection details below :
