I am Krishan Lal R/o T 1/5 RR Colony near DK II, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi -110010. My smart Card No is[protected]R. On Friday, 22.10.2010 telephonically, I was promised by the customer executive that visit of technician will be arranged within three days for adjustment of dish to enable me to view all the channels of Hindi pack. But sorry to inform that no one has visited till 26.10.10, 12.30 P.M. May I request your kind honour to instruct the technician concerned to visit my home for adjustment of dish at the earliest.

Sun direct management never respond to any compliant. Since they lost the professionalism they cannot give good(forget good) service. I have plenty o[censored]nfortunate neighbours and friends who uses this useless sun direct who are now fedup of calling the toll free number as well as the local customer care number provided by them. We all are planning to throw that stupid box and go for a another one or better to get a cable connection. we are planning to even alert the people as much as we can about this. our target is to alert the cable users and new tenants, and within two months we can convince at least 600 users. We will continue to do this in future too if they don't change their attitude towards not responding to the customers.
Anyways Sun network never bother about this reviews and they have enough money. But as a user we value money and choose the right one. Please dont get cheated anymore.

Definately it is one of the useless company I never seen in my life. And Nobody is bothered to attened the complaints. Website does not shows anybody name or address of the board of Director or any authorised person. No email id was shown.Only contact us option was shown on website and no response to that

Sir,Reference is made to my sun direct card no: [protected]. I complaint (Complaint no: [protected]) to Sundirect customer care on 17-11-10. They put me in trust and told me, somebody will come to my house and rectify my problem. But nobody has come till now. We are facing so much problem. In our package only 5-6 channels are available.
This is for your information and necessary action please.

Dish TV — Non availability of assured channels
i am a subscriber of dish tv. i renewed my account on 1-06-09 by selecting dish silver south package and malayalam language package. In dish silver south package it is given what are the channels one is supposed to get. Star sports is also there in the list and i was getting it till 3-06.-09. when i tuned Star sports to watch 20Twenty world cup conditional access message is showingit is unfortunate that dish tv is cheating us. they have given toll free number also. but it is simply a tool to cheat customers. firm action should be taken against this. i feel shame on Sharukh khan, who is the ambassador for dish tv.
