RESPECTED SIR/MADAM, I MR.RAJNISH SURYAKANT LASURVE STAYING IN MULUND- MUMBAI WANTS TO COMPLAINT YOU ABOUT MY DISH TV SERVICES [SUNDIRECT DTH] . I HAVE MADE RECHARGE OF RS.200/- THROUGH SUNDIRECT OFFICIAL WEBSITE- WWW.SUNDIRECT.COM . SINCE I HAVE MADE RECHARGE THROUGH NET BANKING SERVICE FROM MY BANK E.I BANK OF INDIA THE AMOUNT HAVE BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOT YET BEEN CREDITED TO MY DISH TV ACCOUNT. I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT OF IT TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ALWAYS ASK FOR WAITING 24 HOUR, AFTER THOSE HOURS THEY AGAIN DO SAME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO WATCH TV CHANNELS.
