Sun Direct — No channels are displayed post recharging | |||
Hi, I am customer of Sun Direct services since last 3 years with SCN#[protected]. I recharged my connection with one year subscription in March 2011 with Hindi Shine Pack. Since then I am not able to get all the basic channels. Only channels which I am able to view are Sony Entertainment, Discovery, SAB & Aaaj Tak. I have logged 3 complains with customer care but the issue remain un resolved. I request you to look into the issue as soon as possible since it is been 3 months since I am not able to enjoy Sun Direct Services. Hi,
I am customer of Sun Direct services since last 3 years . I recharged my connection with one month subscription in December 2011 with Malayalam basic Pack. Since then I am not able to get all the basic channels. Only channels which I am able to view are Sury, asianet only. I have logged 3 complains with customer care but the issue remain un resolved.
I request you to look into the issue as soon as possible since it is been 01 months since I am not able to enjoy Sun Direct Services.
The message which is displayed when turning on other channels in the pack is
E30-4 Service is curently scrambled.
