[Resolved] Sun Direct TV Private Limited — Not getting channels | |||
I have taken Sun direct DTH about 3 months ago . My smart card number is [protected]. Since 2 weeks I am not getting the channels due to poor signal. I have contacted the customer care several times. But the problem is not olved . They have not sent any technician to rectify the problem. As directed in their Web site I tried to contact the nodal officer on PH.No. [protected] several times. But he never answers. I have given 5 mails on the given mail address nodal [protected]@sundirect.in. He has not responded to the mails also. Kindly do the need ful to solve my problem and the corporate office kwow the inapt attitude of their customer service and AP nodal officer. Was this information helpful? | |||
