[Resolved] Sun Direct TV — Sun direct online recharge of rs 1499 is debited and not refunded yet. | |||
On 29 sept 2012 evening, I recharged my sun direct tv for rs1499 and the transaction got failed for session expired reason.My amount has been debited for the same rs 1499 for this failure transaction. The hdfc bank people says that my account has been debited and the payment has already been made to the merchant / Service provider (sun direct) and requested me to get in touch with the customer care team of merchant / Service provider(sun direct) . Please have a look on this issue and do the necessary action in order to credit my money back into my account asap. Please find the attached screenshot of failed transaction. All DTH services are cheating peoples very easily ..Initially it will looks like cheaper ...afterwards once u took connection ..then we need to worry..They will split the plan and add charges for each channel ..For small service also will charge 500 to 750 rs..
I had Tata Sky ..suffered enough ...cancelled and gone back to cable connection itself..
