[Resolved]  SUN HD — HD channels are blocked

I have taken a new SUN HD DTH connection with two months free subscription package. As per the discussion with Sun direct HD customer care, two HD channels will be unlocked and can be watched for free of cost for the period of two months. But both channels are locked. I have a SUN HD but no HD channels :-).
I called the customer care almost 20+ times but no use.
