HD channels are blocked

I have taken a new SUN HD DTH connection with two months free subscription package. As per the discussion with Sun direct HD customer care, two HD channels will be unlocked and can be watched for free of cost for the period of two months. But both channels are locked. I have a SUN HD but no HD channels :-).
I called the customer care almost 20+ times but no use.

I Bought new SunHD (STB) from Ambeince [protected]@ Gurgaon from Jumbo Electronics with my new LED tv. Retailer promised that service quality is very good but I am facing issue since i got this box installed,Sun customer care is worthless they never respond for what is expected from them.
Half of the channels never worked it has permanent error E16-4 Service is scrambled if i call technician he take week to revert or come they do not have...
