[Resolved]  Sundirect — Sun Direct is Worst Service

Hi,

I am Manohar, i have been using last one and half year Sundirect, last 6 months i have been facing lot of problems with this service, there is no proper response from the customer representative, just they will give some suggestions whatever they feel, it wont give any resolution and time and phone bills waste, Its No 1 Worst Servcie in India, i may be not knowking other service provider, but as per my experinece its worst than worst service.


Last One and half month i am not getting any services if i switch on the tv on the screen - message showing as "Returning to the download streams! Please Wait" and after few seconds one more message will be displayed "No new firmware!" these 2 messages are getting every alternate 4 seconds, i have phoned morethan 50 times to customer service there is no proper response some times they wont pick the phone call, some times they will give some stupid suggestions there is no proper logic.

Some times they said that they need to be change antena direction...i have registered around 10 compaints, but there is no response from the Sundirect technical team, back end team for my registered complaints, any time if i call customer care simply they will tell that wait 24 hours or sometimes they will tell wait 48 hours they dont having sufficient technical team in the bangalore location.

I am asking here i would like to go for legal claim against this service they wasted my time as well as patience to get the services. Could you please some can provide me the way how to approch legal claim against this service.
