[Resolved] Sundirect — No channels
From 22/08/10 onwards, I can't view any chanels due to some problems by SUNDIRECT.
I call customer care and give the complaints, they ask me whats the problem? I reply "TV shows some error code and no signal. They told within 48 hours it will solve. After 48 hours I call again and ask why not solved, they reply thay your compliend solved,
they tell now your TV not showing "error code" only blank-that is is the solve for your complients....this is the solution from SUNDIRECT? - Again they assign another complient that TV shows blanks. Then I have to wait another 48 Hrs.
I guss they will change the colour of TV screen?????????
Unfortunatly my complaints is I cannot get any CHANNELS....They are not fixing too.
If SUNDIRECT is good, they must appolagise and provide additional validity on my account. my
