[Resolved] Sundirect — Recharge | |||
Hello, I have a Sundirect connection in my wife's name. The TV reception and picture quality etc is OK. But to recharge, you have to go to their office. The online recharge system is a dummy. This is the only site where I have not been able to make a single successful transaction. WARNING: One of their recharge options is through their associate site Rechargeitnow.com. It is based in Gurgaon. I tried to recharge for Rs.500/- through this site (redirected from SUNDIRECT site). The amount was debited from my credit card. But my DTH was never recharged. When I called up SUNDIRECT customer care, they act as if they don't understand. And add to it each time the repeated identification using PINCODE, mobile number, address etc. I was not sure whether I should laugh or cry. Since we are caught up in the hectic work commute cycle, have'nt bothered to take up with consumer courts etc. I am changing to TATA SKY which will be more transparent, hopefully.
