[Resolved]  Supertech Limited — Harrassement and unprofessional approach

I had filled an application form and given a chq for the project CAPE TOWN in Sector 74 Noida in the month of Sept 10 . Not hearing anything from them till Dec 10 I filled another form, the third form was filled by me in their office and given to supertech employee , fourth and fifth form and chq was given to VP sales and marketing . When nothing happened till Feb 11 I spoke to Mr R.K.Arora the chairman , still there was no response . I visited thier office in Noida to resolve the issue an find out the reason for holding my chqs and form. Mr Mohit Arora MD did not even have the decency to spare a minute to talk to a customer who has been harrassed for the last 6 months, Mr R.K.Arora Chairman has meetings so a single customer is not important. Mr S.J.Sodhi VP Sales , a marketing person and his language is like we can sit on any customers chq and form for as many months as we feel like without informing the customer . It is for the customer to run around the back of the people in Supertech to get their booking cleared. The attitude was rude and like if you wish to invest it is your headache.

A company whose ethics run on this kind of views of Senior people is not a company wherein we investors should invest our money. Please think ten times before investing a penny in any project of Supertech . At the start of the project this is the kind of behaviour , no one knows what might happen after 3 yrs when it is time for handover of the project.

It is a totally unprofessional company with unethical practices and rude people so try some other project coz they do not value their customers . In case of any issue there is no one to help the customer there .They are just making money not thinking that they should adopt the value of selling a dream home. The customer is the sufferrer at the end of the day.

As per my conversation dated[protected] with Mr. Guneet, I have forwarded my previous mail dated 7 August and 9 August 2012.
I have booked a flat in Ecovillage 2 in April 2010(flat no- 805, tower no .A5 ) but after land dispute, crm team offered same unit no.i Ecovillage 3 and finally it had transferred to B-5, 1304, Ecovillage I in same area(1155 sq.m) and intimated me by your Email dated[protected], which I have already forwarded to you through CRM team. I have not received any mail after it till[protected].

On[protected] you intimated me regarding cancellation of my Flat B-5, 1304, Ecovillage I in same area(1155 sq.m) in the form of reply of my query mail .So cancellation of my flat no. 1304, tower B 5 in eco village I is illegal. I am not agree for it. Now I am Waiting for my flat as per your Allotment on[protected]. I have paid 20% amount and now waiting for your further demand.

I have meet Mr.Sodhi on 6 Dec.2011 and gave a preferance letter for Eco village I & II .Mr. Sodhi ensured me for this deal. I have receiving copy by Mr. Sodhi but at this time you are trying to criminal breach of trust., cheating and Criminal Conspiracy according Law, Whats your critaria. How can you Allot this unit to others without my consent.

Neither You cant cancelled it after more than three year in this manner nor I have received any amount regarding it. What are you doing with my money and legal agreement from last three years.

I am Inspector of Police in CBI, Ghaziabad, so I know about legal Process & shell move to local Police Administration, Disciplinary Authority & court also against this cheating and mental harassment also.Pleas forward this mail to your higher Authority.
I 200% agree with Ms Sharbani Mukerjee,
SUPERTECH CMD- MR R K ARORA, MR MOHIT ARORA and MR HONEY KATIYAL OF INVESTORS CLINIC are absolutely unproffesional, crooks and mafia, should be blacklisted immediately from real estate business.They should be put behind the bars and sued in P.I.L for playing with innocent people money.

Dear Sharbani, as discussed with you over the phone you are most welcome to do a booking with us but on prevailing rates. Thank you.
Astonishing on the comment, nothing was discussed over the phone with me regarding any booking, this is what has always been happening lying... lying ...and lying to the customer ... it was the companys fault for which I was not able to get the flat on the rates prevailing at that time and have lost a lot of money, if I have to take a booking in the existing rates of now then why should I take it from you when there are other good properties in the same locality. "Once bitten twice shy" - you must have heard. You are totally unprofessional and un reliable for any person to invest his whole lifes saving - as house is the dream of life for any person and with the kind of attitude I have got from Supertech I cannot in my wild dream think of investing my money in any thing that has connection with Supertech. I have booked a 2BHK flat (E1-802) at meerut sports city on 20 Oct 2011.But I am very sorry to inform you that till to date I have not received sale to agreement/allotment letter against this flat from your side.
I already communicate this matter several times to your meerut office (with Mr.Naveen Mr Sachin and miss. Neeru Sharma) and to your Noida office (with Miss Neerja chaurasia).
Due to the same my loan is not getting sanction from SBI Renukoot as per bank it is necessary requirement of bank and I am unable to pay rest of amount to you.
Kindly look in to this matter and send me sale to agreement/allotment letter against above mention flat.

I am not sushil why is the mail being send to my mail id . Please refrain from sending mail of other customers in my mail id .I have nothing to do with Supertech and its associates .
Supertech is one of the big fraud in Noida and the culture they follow is ridiculous and very unprofessional...I have so much frustrated with Supertech and still facing lots of mental trauma everyday. Supertech is not ready to return my money and even threatening me to pay them more money and everyday adding so much interest. They are threatening me to sign the stamp paper if I want to cancel the booking. The booking form was signed by JKM on my behalf without my information changing the per sq ft rate of the flat. I am everyday facing so much of mental trauma about my money which is with Supertech and not ready to return.

I have tried to write a blog against this builder and now trying to fight with these fraud people...for this I need the full support of all the customers to take a revolutionary step to spread this kind of news to all the people so that these builder will not grow and people will be aware of these builders before making any deal with them

not being given my documents like allotment letter(they want me to verify the unfair & wrongly given schedule of payment in booking form under clp plan-for c-zar villa, booked on 17th april, 2012, where in construction is yet to begin but they insist for our agreeing to pay 55% of total amount wef.[protected] till[protected], i n 4 installments..

I am still facing the problem and no resolve...In our country there is no resolution for common man...If you go to court...first the lawyer will eat your whole money and will not work properly...then the indian judges will not register your case so easily...then its again a problem...I dont understand where this country will be after five years...its corrupt, cheaters like supertech roaming around freely and no control by our government on property prices...thats how it is..

I also booked my flat with you in Ecovillage-3, thinking of 20 years of your experience, as you claim. I had signed booking papers and agreement with you in 2011. There is no change in the tower and building plan, which you allotted to me. But you have changed the flat name in the new brochure for your convenience. And you are asking me to change the booking papers and agreement. What type of ethos your company has ? Yes, corrupt practices like this will not last forever. One day, we will see Mr. R K Arora being taught lesson.
But, what about the innocant buyers like me, who have put their life savings in Supertech. Surely, honesty will win. But, what about the anxiety being faced by innocent buyers.

Most unliable company no one seems bothered it is useless group having no ethics
I have booked a unit ( R018A101317/ flat # 1317) at Eco Village 2 from Supertech on may 2010 & payed 2.16 lk a per demand raised by group, letter its was stuck to shabri case and i was keep following up all with u and all your associate says please hold all payment since issue with Hon. Court. since then i was keep asking for same but no proper response i am getting .

on December-13 i got a letter from your group stating please come office as we are shifting your unit to ECO village 2 to Eco village -1 .and it was done by your team & my allotment was ready on 24th of Jan 2013 and rightly hand over to me.

Since then I was not been informed about any delay payment or interest part. as been more then 2 years.

After that I got loan approval from indiabulls bank as per the demand letter i received, BANK payed the A/M to your company .

Now last week some of your associate called me and telling me that u have total interest Due as on Aug-13 was 2.3 LK, and asking me to visit the office,

as i not based on Delhi/ NCR i came all the way to Delhi to understand the issue and meet one of your manager named Mr Deepak Vohra and he has shown all the calculation stating balance due 2.30 LK as interest and 2.17 as principle a/m .
and also mention that you unit is on blocked.

Now i have some Question to be asked

Please tell if i make any mistake to put my earning to your company?
Why no buddy from your side tells me that you have balance interest A/m to pay for the year ending 2010-11/ 2011-12 from past 2 years?
even no buddy inform me for the same when you are shifting the unit ?
Why there is no communication between u & me for the interest part from all the interest you charged ?
Why u have blocked my unit without informing me in advanced.
As you all are selling a dream or i can say one of the life time dream to me why u all doing such thing.

Its been more then 3 years i was facing some kind of issue with your group.

And i was never in mind to not pay any your asking a/m if you all inform me for same ( As its all does by other financial banks.)

Rather then blocking my unit with out any prior information.

We have also received a FINAL DEMAND LETTER as reminder else our property will be cancelled. The demand amount is over a property which is being forcibly swapped by Supertech and we are yet to give our consent as they are charging us higher amount than the previous property...

How un-ethical...Lesson Learnt...
