On 27 Aug. 2020 i park my vehicle at Twin tower parking at sahara darwaja Ring road surat. They charge total 90Rs. Parking charges from me. When i asked to show me SMC License for Pay & Park. They denied and say it's not available. On asking for SMC License one of the parking supervisor (person name : Uday) start humiliated me and lock my vehicle with chain and lock.

Twin tower does not have any parking licence and in-leagally charges very high Parking charges.

Pl. Do something, I am attaching proof of payment for parking charges.

I'm resident of tadwadi, rander road, surat. We are highly stressed and terrified because of the nuisance of street dogs. There are around 10 dogs roams in the society which creates havoc as barking, attacking on children, snatching of seat cover and shoes.

I would request surat municipal corporation to take action against it as soon as possible.

I, sunilkumar ahuja, am a resident of shripal residency, citylight road. I would really like to request you to please take a strict action against the street dogs present from corner point to around the inner lane of sarjan society.. The dogs not only bark all night but also create a major threat for passerby’s.. They are very scary and run after the people in groups.. There are in total 15-20 dogs and they are very scary too.. It doesn’t feel safe, so being an active head member of the committee of our society and concerned citizen of our city, i would like to get you attention and also request if you could take an action for this as soon as possible..

Pay and park service provided near civil char rasta opp to nirmal hospital is very dirty. One cant even stand for 5 min there. Wrappers, waste food and dog poop is here and there. Where our prime minister mr narendra modi is promoting swachh bharat and smc parking itself is so dirty!! Moreover it is near hospital where mostly family members of patients or hospital staff park their vehicles. Request you to take appropriate action at the earliest.

Myself vijigishu patel resident of vaishnodevi sky, nr b r park, canal road, jahingirpura, vanakla, surat. Since last 2 months we are facing issue of drainage line getting chocked due to which dirt spreading around and in our building. My kids and family got sick due to such dirt and smell in and around. Our society have been following up for this since long but no proper work or action has been taken by panchayat or smc. I strongly urge smc to look into the matter at the earliest so that people in and around are safe and healthy. This is a basic necessity and needs immediate action on your part.

I m resident near sarjan garden nr. Saegam shopping centre parle point surat where street dogs have created a menace. Moreover their no. Has increased. Due to which they follow everybody specially children who can't roam at all on their own. Even for adults to travel at evening or night has become quite dangerous.
Please do look into this matter as it is a matter of safefy.

We are residents of kavasjinagar and jalaram society near morarji desai garden adajan and here there are 5-6 street dogs harassing passing people day and night, barking them and proning them to accidents as this is main road and barking whole night and disturbing sleep of residents... Nuisance of street dogs is very much here... Kindly do the needful

In our area... Krishna nagar 2 aaspass nilgiri road... Sir there is big problem of street dog... They much as much barking at midnight... Playing garbage in road and create voilence... And sir spread dirtiness in whole road... Today sir it 2.00 clock they braking continuesly and today this night is sleepless. For me... They spread voilence in society... Bcoz sir if any people saw in area alone they start braking...
And one of them 1 people they bite also...
... Plz sir do something about this...

Dear sir,

One of my family member is going through near viraj campus and due to bad maintenance of road or repairing of road my family member fell in to that area and she suffered a lot and got injured in hand.
I am seeing this issue since 10 days. Me and other people cant see any progress in that work. So kindly requesting to speed up the process so that civilians would not face trouble regarding this issue. I am attaching some of the photos

I paid rs 52000 from my sbi credit card to smc wallet for booking of stall at book fair 2019. From my card rs 52000 is debited and statement shows it is given to smc bill desk. But rs 52000 is not credited in my smc wallet. Please confirm the payment. As the booking of stall is for limited period i deposited my money from other card which is accepted. Please check where my transaction is gone and give me my rs 52000 in smc wallet or credit back to my sbi credit card.

We have basement in inderpura badri road.. As because of outaide drainage full aa we complaint only a man came n just rode inside they doesnt clean the waste out of it... As the reason we get water in basemnet and if we complaint randomly they the responaible man over there doent reaponce so what to do know...?

Drinking waterline connection had done from last three months and till date water supply is not started as in neighboring society water supply is started from last two months. Three times i complaint to smc online complaint portal but no action taken by smc officers. Following are the complaint id 1) 999/[protected]. 2) 999/[protected]. 3) 555/[protected]. 4) 999/[protected].
But no action taken by deputy engineer when i called him he gave me another number and when i called this number he was not respond and still problem is un solved so do the needful to resolve this issue...

We resident in surat received verabill for current financial year well in advance in month of July'16, were as we have paid the tax in November for 2015-16.
Only 3 months has passed in current financial year.
Also they are putting penalty if not paid within 15days. this is open loot.

How they are charging ? Still 2016-17 is running.

Overflow Drainage Main Line since 30 days. I complained Three times in smc ward office bamroli near Karmyogi-3. I also telephonic complained to miranagar. But no action performed by smc till. I also compalain online smc website on 4 August. Online Complain Id is 999/[protected]. But no action performed by Deputy Engineer. When I call to deputy engineer, he gave me another number. When i call that number, he says i am not for that. You call to another. Our Problems became a huge because of drainage line leakage are mixed in drinking water line. So Take an action as soon as fast.

This is regarding the public safety during the public fair. The fair at vanity vihram need two improvement s. 1. The emergency gate is always closed. It should be open. Respected Sir/Mam,
this is to bring to your notice that the problem faced by me because of the roads of the area from where i have to travel for my daily routine. In the morning time i have my computer and guitar classes, i take my HONDA DEO from hanuman char rasta, gopipura, take the route of kailashnagar, in between the area of rajeshari hall, the roads are messed up, its torn like hell, all pits dug and rain-water filled in those big pits, which is continuously damaging my vehicle , because of the roads its fiber body part has broken, average reduced from 45km/hr to 38km/hr which is a great set back after the rise in petroleum cost. Then the same thing continues while returning back. In afternoon i leave for my office with my dad, we go by SWIFT DESIRE and our office is in Ring Road, i travel through maharana pratap route from hanunman char rasta, then comes the worst area all the way from kohinoor market to Annapurna market. That road is becoming worse and worse day by day but the government or SMC is careless and least bother about the same. My car's average has gone down, the excel of the car has to be replaced since it was broken .
Now i am looking forward to your reply, pay me my damage cost and level the roads not just temporary till next monsoon but make it permanent.

I'm a resident of Karimabad Society, Near Ram CHowk, Ghod-Dod Road, Surat. We are fed up of the number of stray street dogs in our neighbourhood. Apart from the late night barkings, we are concerned about the safety of our children. Please look into the matter.

Water connection is provided to me when I was not in corp.area, for that i paid water connection Refundable deposit Rs. 14400 on dtd.03.11.03.Now when my residence covered in corporation it should be refund me.I already paid all my dues in respect of water bill & New tax bill sent to me.All proof attached with the application.
