[Resolved]  Suzuki Gs150r — quality

Hi i bought a Suzuki gs150r from Malad suzuki on 25-02-10.My bikes every painted part has bubbles popping up after 2mnths and the disc break is rusted swing arm is rusted paint has come out of the engine got a horrible avg of around 35kms on highway at an avg speed disc break makes some weird noise when breaking at 60kms speed,if i ride the bike at 66 to 67kms the bike is loosing power,gear shifting has been horrible as compared to what butter smooth shifting i have seen in other gs150r.Mr Deepak from Suzuki office said that i live in a coastal area and thats why there is a rusting issue and my gear box just needs to be opened and chked and i will chg every part that is rusted,fortunately i was at malad Suzuki the day when a customer had to chg his rusted tank,it was shocking to see the rust on his tank but what was even more shocking was the brand new replacement tanks 2 of them both were painted badly with bubbles on it and uneven texture.When i asked the suzuki guy he said that it was an old stock from the gowdown.I told him if the the company knws tht there are defects in the products how come they are not recalling the parts back.I have had enough of them and im going to the consumer court asking for full replacement of my money and i would like people who are suffering like me to join hands so that we can all have are problem solved.Please feel free to contact me on [protected] or on email:[protected]@gmail.com
