My problem is a year old.i was searching ur site to register my complaint, only now i am able to find it.I purchased a swatch watch, thought it to be the best.Within one year it stopped functioning.when i sent it for repair they gave me a new watch but the problem is that i got a different watch as same watch was not available.i dont like that watch, even i dont use it.I dont know the model right now, but if you reply me or promise me to do something then i will send you full details available with me.
