I have a tissot automatic chronograph model number T008.414.11.051 purchased on 21/06/2011. The company offers two years warranty on the product.I had given the watch for repair on 6th September 2012 as it was having time lapse. I was returned the watch after 6 months assuring it has been repaired on 18th February 2013.
However the watch suffered from the same problem and i again gave it back for repair on 10th March 2013. The watch was subsequently returned to me after repair on 13th April , on being assured it has been repaired.
I am highly disappointed to note that the watch has not been repaired and still has the same faults as it was when it had been given for repair
This is the second time my watch has been returned to me without doing any repair. I am really appalled with the awful services of the brand. If the company cannot repair my watch please get the watch changed or better still take it back and return me my money. I would rather not be wished to see such low class company dawning my wrist.
