i'm Maj SK Prakash. I had ordered for a Swatch Blue watch through one of your site schemes which are mailed to my above email id on a regular basis. I made the payment through my credit card on 30 Jun 09. Now I've just got an order no on my mobile through sms ie. OGA[protected]. I'm not able to get any info from your site based on this order no. I want to know the progress of my order but to my dismay, not a single mail has been received after me making the above payment of Rs. 3750.
You are kindly requested to revert back with the datails of my order and the whereabouts of my watch if it has already been dispatched. Else you are requested to expedite teh same.
