Swatch — Poor service and No repair or replacement of swatch watch

Hi Team,

I have been gifted swatch watch by my sister, which was purchased 1 year before from Australia. I don't have the bill or warranty card as it is a gift to me.
Customer service are not responding to my mails nor picking up my calls. I have been given deal of 35 percent discount and 2 years warranty. After paying full amount and then paying another 65 percent costing me lot, it is not a replacement. If you are not ready to replace, please repair it. I am happy with repaired product.
