[Resolved]  Swift Dzire — No transparency in bookings/delivery

WE have booked a Swift Dzire on 8-9-09 with a payemnt of Rs 25000/= as money for "priority booking" with Bimal Auto Agency,Bangalore.We find that there are no transparent records of bookings received, their date,the date of expected delivery and date of actual delivery etc, which can make the customers fully aware of the delays expected so that they can take an informed decision about their booking.The delares may be having their own method of giving priority delivery to their chosen friends/customers.A company of your repute, who is advertising about its customer-care, should insist on their dealers to have a transparent system of bookings made and the actual deliveries instead of vague statements like" 30-45 days", "2-3 months wait" etc.This will ensure proper customer information and ensure his satisfaction.
