[Resolved]  Swift Dzire — Delivery and attitude of salesperson

Greetings!

This is Flt Lt.Paul from Bangalore. I recently went to the Chennai Canteen Stores Department and booked a Swift Dzire on the 23rd of April 2010. All along I was given the impression that I would have to wait for a period of 2-3 months by Khivraj Motors, Chennai as I wanted to book my vehicle with them. As per defence procedure, I went to the CSD depot paid a DD of Rs.4,12,216. Then I went straight to Khivraj motors where I met one Mr.Guru Prasad, who simply refused to accept the booking and bluntly told me that he cannot entertain me and he does not need the booking. he asked me to go to some other dealer who could deliver the vehicle. His behaviour was attrocious and disrespectful for customer who wanted to do business with them. Such are the people who bring a disrepute to the company.

After a few minutes, Mr.Rajesh a soft spoken gentleman came to the scene and explained to us that it would take 5-6 months for delivery. We had no alterntive but to accept the condition that I would wait for a period of 5-6 months. His behaviour was really good and he calmed the scenario for us. But the question is should a defence person who has paid the full amount wait for such a long time. I do not have an answer for this.

I would be happy if you can address this problem and help me to get the vehicle early without any complaints against Mr.Rajesh who was really good to us.

Swift Dzire — Refund of excise duty

I Purchase a maruti Swift Dezire on FEB 17 from popular trivandrum veh No
KL-01 AX 4804 as taxi I give all re-fund documents to popular on 17th of march. The popular executive says that they sent all documnts to the maruthi india pvt ltd on 22 nd march 2010 after that i did nt get any information about my exise duty refund from popular or maruthi pls take necessary action against my complaint. Swift Dzire — no technical and dedicated staff

Dear sir/mam,
The technical staff (machenical) at your service station ,said at above site havnt any skill to satisfy consumer.they commite for answer to satisfy the consumer with in 1-2 days.and charge the part change fees,but after charge they are nt answering or satisfying the consumer who have car cost of 7.25 lakh.

please check it seriously otherwise i am going to submit a RIT in a consumer court.
