i purchased one maruti swift dezire vdi hvng chasis nr ;ma-3fkeb[protected],engine nr;d-13a-1305910.......disel hvng cubic capacity1248cc from goyal motors pvt ltd shimla on 29 -10-09. i got it registerd wid a transport dept of pb my registration is pb 69a5335. i m getting service frm sawan motors moga othersd dealer of maruti udyogh.every time thr is a shorage of mobile oil in d engine and hv requsted sawan motors for getting its checkng frm some technicl experts bt nt result. i requst urself to get checked this vehicl for oil shortage fr satisfctn.so tht i may nt sufeer fr nt any lapse on the part of maruti udyog kamlesh kumar mittal/889-2 new geeta colony moga. Swift Dzire — Harrasment and Humiliation by Dealer
Dear Sir, I travelled 100 kms to book a swift dezire from mohali to Stan Wheels Authorised Maruti dealer at Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab only to be told by the dealing sales execitive and the admin head Mr Varinder Sharma that he cannot book a car for me outside fatehgarh district as there is a Rs 5 lakh fine by maruti for doing so, but late after much persuation he agrred that he has deliver several cars to people residind in Patiala district, Ludhiana district but would not do it for me. If this is true I request that their dealership should be investigated for selling cars to outside their area as they still have a silky silver colour Dezire VDI that he wanted us to opt for although i wanted a pearl white.The fact is Iwas humiliated and pushed off by that dealership without any valid reasons unless he was afraid to say that he wanted a premium for selling that car. Plz take action soon as iwill also get a list of recent owners under RTI act from the department of transportation as to who bought the cars from them and where do they live not only in the past but also in the future so i can help you nail the culprits wha harass and humiliate customers for selling cars in Black and giving the Maruti company a bad name.
