I had to give my Dezire for 2nd Service in Popular Automobiles in Trivandrum. They had misplaced my Service book and Rosary brought from Israel due to their negligence. Even after raising a complaint they never bothered to call me to update the status of my belongings. I hope misplacing Service hand book is never heard of. Swift Dzire — HORRIBLE FAULTY SERVICE FROM SAI SERVICE PUNE
I HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW SWIFT DESIRE CLEAR BAIGE COLOUR FROM SAI SERVICE PUNE, THE VEHCILE BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY AND I HAD TO TOW THE CAR DOWN TO SAI SERVICE LOWER PAREL.AFTER CONTINOUS FOLLOWUP I WAS TOLD SOME ELECTRONIC PART HAD A PROBLEM N PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED FROM GURGOAN. TODAY I GOT A CALL SAYING THAT THE CAR WILL TAKE 4 WORKING DAYS MINMUM.
I HAVE ASKED SAI SERVICE TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE AND GIVE ME. I THINK ITS RIDICULOUS SERVICE.
