I inform you that few days before I purchased a Tata Indicom SXC-1080 CDMA 1X USB Modem of your company. I was confident about your company & its service. But after purchasing your said modem I am just shocking. Its accessing capacity is too poor. It’s unfortunate.
Yours sales Executive told me that it’s a fast accessing modem (256 KBPS). I just purchased your modem (Post Paid) without any testing just on your faith. Now I am giving the cost for that decision.
I used your Broadband Net service few months before with 256 KBPS which is more & more faster than your Present Wireless modem.
I thought your present (CDMA 1X) USB modem is more accessible and more reliable. In reality it is just opposite in nature.
After long conversion I told your customer care executive that I am not satisfied with your warless USB modem. At last your service engineer came to me dated on 22.12.07. He tested all related things as per his knowledge and we got average download speed 7kbps in BIG KBPS and 40kbps in small kbps. In other hand average upload speed 4kbps in BIG KBPS and 22kbps in small kbps which is too poor as per your service engineer.
After this much of hazards I inform you that please disconnect your net service within this billing period (03/12/07 to 02/01/08). Please do your best to disconnect above said Internet Connection. Other wise I will not pay any more to your net service.
