serial no. 3A0210E66951, given cash of Rs. 7100/-. After installing the cooler, the cooler body was bending day by day from the tank side. It was broader and broader as well as its window was dry
while cooler is running, (within 15 days problem was rectified). Then after I have complained to dealer a lot (approx 50-100 times, person making me fool from last one and a half month and committed
that they will replace cooler, since it was a manufacturing fault. Then after I have contacted to Direct Symphony Company, but nobody came and checked the present condition of cooler. I am much
mentally harass and this is ridiculous, I am expecting a good service-support from company like symphony but fact is that, once you paid money the company will never support. I want the company
to replace the cooler immediately or refund the money.
