T24 Mobile — Horrible customer care service | |||
I had downloaded a game for my Samsung phone and a certain amount had been deducted from my account balance. A message had been sent to me saying that an unlocking code would be sent within 24 hrs. As I did not get any such message within the next 24 hrs, I contacted Mbiz support centre. From there I had been informed that they are not associated with T24 and that I should talk to the T24 customer care to return the amount deducted from my account balance and ask them on what basis the amount had been deducted. Firstly, it's a pity that the people of customer care could not attend to my problem in English even when I opted for the English option. They seemed least interested to help me out and cancelled my call several times. It is appalling to find such an unexpected behaviour from the customer care service. T24 has given me the worst ever experience! this **** just believes in harassing it's customers! they have blocked my sim for no reason and not even taking up my issue! asking me to buy a new sim, can u believe it?????
Time to drag these **** called T24 to consumer court, and give them a lesson for life, which even their coming generations won't forget!!!
