[Resolved] T24 Mobile — show available balance but cant make calls | |||
whenever i check my balance ( by sending BAL to 52121) it shows freecap 1000.0 what does that mean? I am however not being able to make any calls........ I received the same from Big Bazaar shopping bonanza. can someone help which i know is quite unsual. Was this information helpful? | |||

My balance auto deducted from my account when i talk to customer care about this matter they are not able to provide me accurate information against this i had mailed this issue to customer service but had not got any resolution yet now.. So dont trust this company and more and they had also provide me the no. Of nodal which was false statement... So friend complain your issues after getting complain no. From customer care.. So that you forward your issue to higher authoriz when it require
