This is to bring to your notice that I had two policies with TATA-AIG (details below) until last year. Since I didnot get satisfactory answers to my concerns, I decided to opt out of the policies.
a. C[protected]Policy Premium Amt - 12351)
b. C[protected]Policy Premium Amt - 10022)
Please help me get my investment repaid as appropriate. I am sick of calling the TOLL Free number. As soon as I mention to them I want my money back, they drop the call. It has happened several times. Another way of handling the call is that they say "our tools are down, I will arrange a call back for you" which never happened all this while.

The above is the mail I wrote to TATA-AIG on 31st Oct and haven't heard from them till date. I am really frustrated. My two policies quoted above are both traditional plans and am sure they should not be depreciating the way the ULIP plan money depreciates as it is market based. However, when i checked with TATA team they say u have a total deposit of more than 66K but now ur take home is less than 22K.
Please help me get my investment back.
