Hi,
TATA AIG had given me the false information saying that I can reimburse medical bills WITHOUT hospitalization. I had taken the policy only because of this benefit. When I wanted to claim the medical bill reimbursement, the customer care executive say it is not allowed. Why should any company give fasle statements to the customers? I already have lots of policies for hospitalization. Will any action be taken on the companies giving wrong information on products to customers ? In fact I didn't require this policy at all and the executive just forced me claiming the false benefits in this policy. The call records on October 2009 given the clear picture of this worst insurance company. Please help me in getting the resolution.
